While at ZS, I created and executed an external people communications and employer brand strategy focused on recruitment for the global consulting firm using its careers section, social media channels, marketing collateral and lifestyle blog. The ultimate goal of the strategy was to showcase why ZS was a great place for consultants to grow their career. I focused efforts on sharing content around ZS employees, employee resource groups, corporate social responsibility, open roles and company recognition.

Social Media Copy & Graphics

I planned, wrote and designed original content for the ZS Careers social media channels. I delivered social media training and weekly content to over 20 recruiters across the globe to help find new talent to join the firm. I also provided recommendations and unique social content to ZS leaders to help to grow their presence on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Life at ZS Blog

With an increased demand for fresh and brilliant talent, I collaborated with the web team to create a new blog, Life at ZS, which focused on stories about ZS people around the world written by myself and other members of the people communications team. The blog contains stories about office happenings, people profiles and reasons to join the consulting firm in different solutions areas.

To enhance recruitment efforts, I worked with an agency to create a series of videos to showcase what life was like at ZS in different offices around the world, including Chicago, Evanston, New York City and India.

ZS.com Applicant Tracking System Refresh

During my tenure at ZS, I led the refresh of the firm's global applicant tracking system. I worked with a vendor as well as the marketing and IT teams to update the look, branding and UX of the site.
