At Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, I led the overall strategy and content creation for the national Blue Cross Blue Shield brand’s social media presence.
Social Media Content and Strategy
In my role, I created content for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. One of my first projects was to refresh the look and tone of the Association’s existing social media channels, content and hashtags to better reflect the brand.
I also developed branded social media content for comprehensive campaign toolkits leveraged by the 30+ Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies across the U.S. and advanced a thought leadership strategy by providing personalized weekly social media content to the CEO and 7 senior executives.
LinkedIn Life Tab
I revamped the Association’s LinkedIn Life Tab, social recruiting assets and social media training guides for employees to enhance the employer brand and recruit new talent.
Instagram Launch, Strategy & Content
I launched the Association’s Instagram and created an integrated communications strategy to promote the new channel and grow its followers.
