While at ZS, I created and executed a global external marketing communications strategy focused on people-centric stories through the consulting firm's careers section, social media channels, marketing collateral and lifestyle blog. The ultimate goal of the strategy was to showcase why ZS was a great place for consultants to grow their career. I focused efforts on sharing content around ZS employees, employee resource groups and corporate responsibility as well as open roles and company recognition. Social Media Copy & Graphics
      Life at ZS Blog With an increased demand for fresh and brilliant talent, I collaborated with the web team to create a new blog, Life at ZS, which focused on stories about ZS people around the world. The blog contains stories about office happenings, people profiles and reasons to join the consulting firm in different solutions areas.
 Life at ZS Video Series To enhance recruitment efforts, I worked with an agency to create a series of videos to showcase what life was like at ZS in different offices around the world, including Chicago, Evanston, New York City and India.
ZS.com Applicant Tracking System Refresh
During my tenure at ZS, I led the refresh of the firm's global applicant tracking system. I worked with a vendor as well as the marketing and IT teams to update the look, branding and UX of the site.
