As the social media analyst at GE Capital, I performed social listening for GE Capital businesses and their customers along with social strategy for GE's initiatives in Chicago and GE Capital, Commercial Distribution Finance. I created the overall social strategy for GE in Chicago on Twitter and assisted with launching and creating the strategy for the Facebook page. I produced copy and content for the accounts, took photos at events and happenings, followed and engaged with stakeholders, and provided social listening around keywords for additional opportunities.   I managed a project with the UX team to create Facebook tabs for the GE in Chicago page which allowed visitors to see what GE is about and explore careers with the Chicago area GE businesses.   I also assisted GE Capital, Commercial Distribution Finance with a welcome tab for their Facebook page.  |
